The CVSIC MoSi2 heating element plate holder is designed to securely connect Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements, featuring a single stainless steel clip and two high-density alumina ceramic insulating plates, complete with hex nuts and hex bolts. 

It fits MoSi2 elements with diameters of 3/6mm and 4/9mm, enduring temperatures of up to 1900℃, making it great for high-temperature furnaces, kilns, and industrial heating applications. The plate design ensures elements hang vertically, handling thermal expansion and contraction with ease, thereby reducing stress and boosting element lifespan, with a super easy setup and removal process. ## Ordering Information

When ordering MoSi2 heating element plate clamps, please provide the following parameters:

- **MoSi2 Element Diameter**: 3/6mm or 4/9mm

## Connection Method

- **Installation Position**: The plate clamp secures MoSi2 heating elements to the top of furnaces or kilns for vertical suspension, featuring a single stainless steel clip attached to the element’s cold end and ceramic plates that provide thermal isolation.

- **Connection Method**:

Place the stainless steel clip on the MoSi2 cold end’s aluminium coating, ensuring it grips the aluminium braid tightly.

- Secure the clip with hex bolts and hex nuts, placing two high-density alumina ceramic plates on both sides to block heat.

- Ensure the clamp suspends the element vertically, avoiding lateral stress to prevent bending or breaking of the hot end (Le).

- During initial setup, don’t over-tighten bolts; after about 48 hours of heating, re-tighten bolts to address thermal relaxation, ensuring connection end voltage
