## CVSIC Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board Description

CVSIC Ceramic Fiber Board is manufactured using high-purity ceramic fiber cotton and a small amount of binder through a vacuum forming process, offering superior thermal insulation performance, high mechanical strength, and low thermal shrinkage.

The product series covers eight temperature grades: 1050°C, 1260°C, 1350°C, 1400°C, 1430°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, and 1800°C, meeting the needs of various high-temperature industrial applications in ceramics, glass, metallurgy, and chemicals. Additionally, CVSIC offers hydrophobic ceramic fiber boards and inorganic ceramic fiber boards, suitable for high-humidity environments and applications requiring pollution-free gas emissions, respectively, ensuring efficient and environmentally friendly insulation solutions.

## CVSIC Ceramic Fiber Board Advantages

- **Chemical stability:** High AL₂O₃+SiO₂ content (≥99%), low impurities, ensuring reliable performance.

- **Excellent thermal insulation performance:** low thermal conductivity (0.084 W/m·K at 400°C), significantly reducing energy consumption.

- **High-temperature stability: **withstands temperatures up to 1800°C, low linear shrinkage rate (≤1.0% at 1650°C), ensuring long-term use.

- **High mechanical strength: **Resistant to airflow erosion, with bending strength ≥0.7 MPa (CV1600 and above), suitable for harsh environments.

- **Hydrophobic performance:** Hydrophobic ceramic fiber boards perform excellently even in high-humidity environments.

- **Environmentally friendly and non-polluting:** Inorganic ceramic fiber boards do not emit pollutants at high temperatures, meeting environmental standards.

- **Easy to process and install:** Precise dimensions and smooth surface, easy to cut and install.
