# MoSi2 Heating Element two Shank Holders

## MoSi2 Heating Element two Shank Holders Description

The CVSIC MoSi2 heating element double-handle clamp is a specialized fixing and connection device for Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements, featuring two stainless steel clips and two high-performance insulating ceramic blocks. It is complete with stainless steel angle brackets, hex nuts, and hex bolts.

It fits MoSi2 elements with diameters of 3/6mm, 4/9mm, 6/12mm, 9/18mm, and 12/24mm, offering resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, making it perfect for high-temperature furnaces, kilns, and industrial heating applications. The double-handle design enables the vertical suspension of MoSi2 elements, accommodating thermal expansion and contraction to minimize stress and extend lifespan with easy setup and replacement. In stock, packed in cartons for safe shipping.

## Ordering Information

When ordering MoSi2 heating element double-handle clamps, please provide the following parameter:

- **MoSi2 Element Diameter**: 3/6mm, 4/9mm, 6/12mm, 9/18mm, or 12/24mm

- **Example**: Double-handle clamp for 6/12mm MoSi2 element, denoted as: Double-Handle Clamp/6/12mm

- *Note*: Custom specs are available to ensure a perfect fit with MoSi2 elements.

## Connection Method

- **Installation Position**: The double-handle clamp fastens MoSi2 heating elements to the top of furnaces or kilns for vertical suspension, with two stainless steel clips secured to the element’s cold end and ceramic blocks providing thermal insulation.

- **Connection Method**:

Place the two stainless steel clips on the MoSi2 cold end (with an aluminum coating), ensuring tight contact with the aluminum braid.

- Secure the clamp with hex bolts and nuts through stainless steel angle brackets, placing ceramic blocks in the center to block heat.

- Ensure the clamp suspends the element vertically, avoiding lateral stress to prevent bending or breaking of the hot end (Le).

- During initial setup, don’t over-tighten bolts; after about 48 hours of heating, re-tighten bolts to address thermal relaxation, ensuring connection end voltage
