The single shank design simplifies setup and removal, offering flexibility for various MoSi2 element types (U-type, W-type, L-type, straight). ## Connection Method

- **Installation Position**: The single-shank clamp fastens MoSi2 heating elements to the top of furnaces or kilns, typically for vertical suspension, and is attached to the element’s cold end.

- **Connection Method**:

Place the single shank stainless steel clip around the MoSi2 cold end (aluminum-coated layer), ensuring snug contact with the aluminum braid.

- Secure the clip with hex bolts and nuts via stainless steel angle brackets, keeping the element stable.

- Ensure the clamp suspends the element vertically to avoid lateral stress, preventing bending or breaking of the hot end (Le).

- During initial setup, don’t over-tighten bolts; after heating for about 48 hours, re-tighten bolts to address thermal relaxation, ensuring connection end voltage
