CVSIC Ceramic Fiber Blanket Description

CVSIC Ceramic Fiber Blanket is made from specially formulated high-purity ceramic fiber filaments using a unique manufacturing process. It is formed using a double-sided needle-punching technique, significantly enhancing fiber interlacing, anti-delamination performance, tensile strength, and surface flatness.

The product contains no organic binders, offering excellent chemical stability and resistance to most corrosive chemicals. Its fire-resistant and thermal insulation properties remain unchanged even when exposed to oil, water, or steam. It series covers seven temperature ratings: 1050°C, 1260°C, 1350°C, 1400°C, 1430°C, 1500°C, and 1600°C. It is widely used in high-temperature furnace linings, pipe insulation, and sealing fillers across industries such as ceramics, glass, metallurgy, chemicals, nuclear power, and aerospace.
