CVSIC Ceramic Fiber Bulk Cotton is manufactured using high-purity raw materials through high-temperature melting, followed by spray-blowing or spinning processes. It exhibits outstanding chemical stability and corrosion resistance and can withstand erosion from most corrosive chemicals. Even after oil, water, or steam exposure, its temperature resistance and thermal insulation properties remain unchanged.
The product series covers seven temperature grades: 1050°C, 1260°C, 1350°C, 1400°C, 1430°C, 1500°C, and 1600°C, suitable for high-temperature filling, sealing, and insulation requirements. Ceramic fiber loose wool can be further processed into fiber blankets, mats, boards, paper, cloth, and ropes. It is widely used in ceramics, glass, metallurgy, and chemicals as a high-temperature insulation and reinforcing material.
